Our History

AK Developments was formed in February 2002 with 3 employees; its first development project was in the coastal resort of Benllech. The development of 3no Detached 3 bed houses was the catalyst to expand the company.

Whilst always meeting the demands of contracting and following a successful development in Benllech, the company moved on to its second scheme in September 2004 with 2no detached 3 bed bungalows in Llangristiolus.

November 2006 saw the start of the third project, 4 semi-detached 3 bed houses. With all the properties selling in record time.

In 2007, Driven by demand, The Company shifted its emphasis into contracting and currently employees 11 highly motivated and skilled staff.

In 2008 we developed our Gaerwen site with 4 new 3 bed town houses

2009 saw a very busy year for us contracting and we decided to concentrate on this for the whole year.

2010 has begun as 2009 left off; we are extremely busy and have commenced stage 2 of our Gaerwen site with the construction of 4, 2 & 3 bedroom town houses. Although the site is only a few weeks old, all the properties have been reserved.

AK developments are continuously sourcing suitable building land and expect to start another development in 2010.
