AK Developments work closely with many professional bodies, including the Local Authority Building Control and the CITB.

In recognition of our commitment to build quality, AK Developments won our first award back in 2005. We were category winners in for our first development in Benllech. Awarded the certificate of

 WINNER – SMALL HOUSE BUILDER (2-10)

 by the Director of Planning and Environmental services of Anglesey County Council.
